Telepathy

Something I have been thinking about quite a lot lately is how to indicate various forms of talking/thinking. Normally this should be easy to do. However there's also telepathy and dreaming, which are also a way of thinking, but they can be more ambiguous because the protagonist or the reader may not realize right away what is happening. That's why sometimes I make telepathy/dreaming appear as normal speech. In other cases, I indicate telepathy as thought and that's when it should be totally clear for the protagonist and the reader of the story, that it's not normal speech.
